MARION Renaghan, above, has gone from chucking out customers to chucking them in!
The 39-year-old has taken over at Pitchers bar in Salford, Blackburn.
Marion, who worked as security at O'Neill's in King William Street, has researched far and wide to bring the best in hospitality to the town.
The mother-of-two said: "I have been to Dublin and New York recently and want to introduce some of the the ideas I got from there.
"In Dublin the customer is the most important person in the pub and I want the customer to feel like they are special."
Marion is also bringing themed nights to Pitchers. On Sunday there is all day Irish music, Wednesday nights are for students, and the weekend will have sixties, seventies and eighties music.
