IF you thought having two Jamaicans in the team was about as exotic as Preston North End could get - think again.
As well as taking an Argentinian on a week's trial, Preston have also welcomed in an international from ... Guatemala!
Dwight Pezzarossi, 24, has arrived from Central America for a week's training to see if he could be a useful addition to the squad.
Pezzarossi is an attacking midfield player.
His most recent club was CSD Comunicaciones, a team from Guatemala. He has also played in Spain, Chile and Argentina.
Argentinian 19-year-old Gaston Sangoy is said to be like Paul McKenna in midfield.
Preston boss Craig Brown said both players had been offered to North End by their agent, and it was not a case of North End chasing them.
