Carla Metcalf almost stopped a penalty flick which put Daten 2-0 down and when Neston added a third from a set piece, it was 3-0 at half time.
Daten improved after half time but could not crack the Neston defence. Man of the match was Beth Millman.
The men's second team only had 10 players at Didsbury Northern and this was soon down to nine following an injury to a player.
