A REVIVED theatre group is busy rehearsing for its first play of the year.
This time last year Culcheth Players had to cancel their February show because of falling membership, but now they are all set to performer "Kind Cousin", a thriller in two acts by Janet Allen.
Seven cast members will answer the questions "What is the evil in the house? Will Miss Coates survive and What is Anna up to?" when the play takes the stage at Culcheth Sports and Social Club from Wednesday, February 25, to Saturday, February 28.
Karen Morris will play Miss Sarah Coates, Christine Urmston (Abby), Paul Catcheside (Dr Weston), Yvonne Pattinson (Anna), Mark Taylor (Edward), Debbie Edgar (Nora) and Lianne Bromiley (Margaret Halliday).
Curtain up is 7.45pm each evening and tickets at £4 and £3 (concessionary) are available from the ticket secretary on 01925 763094 or from the club bar.
