LEIGH Centurions and Swinton Lions create history on Sunday when they become the first professional RL teams to play at Sedgley Park RU Club's Park Lane headquarters.
The Lions' new home in Whitefield has excellent facilities and playing surface. Admission prices are £9 (adult), £5 (consessions) and £1 (children). There is no additional charge to sit in the stand.
The directions to Prak Lane are: From J17 M60 (Whitefield) turn on the A56 heading towards Bury. Keep in the left hand lane to filter past Aldi/McDonalds and continue past Whitefield Golf Club. Turn left at the lights on to Park Lane. Follow this road, going straight across a mini-roundabout. The club is 200 yards further on the left.
