A WOMAN who went on a £195 spending spree with a stolen credit card has kept her freedom.
Vanessa Daly, 32, had already spent five weeks on remand after originally being charged with burglary, Burnley Magistrates' Court heard.
She was told by District Judge Andrew Meachin she had a poor record, had committed serious offences and went to prison last August for similar offences.
The defendant, of Shakespeare Street, Padiham, had admitted handling stolen goods and deception charges. She was given a 12-month community rehabilitation order to include the Think First programme.
