ATHERTON cricketer Karl Brown has underlined his potential as a star of the future with another England call-up.
Last year, 15-year-old Karl played for England U15s, and he has now followed that by being named in the U16s squad for a tour of South Africa this month.
Karl, who opens the batting for Bolton Association side Atherton, and is also a member of the Lancashire cricket Academy, will play in a number of games around Cape Town against provincial sides.
