A RADCLIFFE man who was arrested outside a Bury town centre nightclub denied he was on drugs when he appeared before the town's magistrates charged with public disorder.
Darran Martin Bretherton, aged 24, of Outwood Road, Radcliffe, who admitted the charge.
He said: "I only had a drink.
"I'm sorry for what I did but it was not drugs."
He was arrested after he was involved in a confrontation with a bouncer.
He was ordered to leave by police but was arrested after he shouted obscenities at them.
The court heard that Bretherton was currently subject to a community order for a public order offence. He was fined £50 with £43 court costs.
