ACCRINGTON Stanley have been handed a massive boost after star striker Lutel James ripped up his transfer request.
The hitman demanded a move earlier this week following a bust-up with manager John Coleman over the wide midfield role he has been asked to play.
However, the two men have now settled their differences and the striker said he was fully committed to the Reds' cause.
Coleman revealed: "We had a chat last night and as a result, Lutel has come off the transfer list.
"I can appreciate his frustrations, and I have never questioned his 100 per cent commitment.
"After reflection, he understands why I pick the team I do, and that he needs to sometimes play on the right.
"I'd like to think our differences are behind us now and we can both move on for the good of the club."
James is back in the fold for tomorrow's home game with Dagenham and Redbridge, which will also feature the debut of new loan signing from Preston, Darran Kempson.
The North End defender, snapped up due to a need for a centre half, is in the final year of his scholarship at Deepdale, where he skippered the Youth Team to cup success last season.
Kempson, 18, is described as having excellent aerial ability as well as a long throw made fashionable by Stockport's Dave Challinor.
Stanley are without Steve Halford, Peter Cavanagh (both suspension) and Jonathan Smith (broken wrist) for tomorrow's game.
Steve Flitcroft is available again, while Paul Cook will have a late fitness test on his ankle.
Meanwhile, Stanley boss Coleman has vowed to contest the three FA charges brought against him, one for violent conduct against Aldershot in December and two for improper conduct during the FA Cup third round replay defeat at Colchester.
Coleman said: "I will be vigorously contesting all three charges. As far as I am concerned, I have done very little wrong, so I will be asking for a personal hearing."
