A TV programme which followed the fortunes of East Lancashire council workers is set to return, after bosses gave the green light for a second series.
Filming for the new run of ITV's Are You Being Serviced? which featured staff from Blackburn with Darwen Council, is due to commence before the summer.
The fly-on-the-wall documentary is set to return in July, after producers met with members of the council to thrash out a deal.
But in a new twist, the programme-makers have decided to explore other parts of the council which were not included in the series shown last year.
Council leader Sir Bill Taylor said the success of the first series, which attracted more than 650,000 viewers, despite being pitched against BBC1's EastEnders, had convinced them to let the cameras back in.
Staff at the council were consulted about the programme and can opt out of being filmed if they wish.
A spokesman for UNISON, the union which represents some staff at the council, said: "As far as we are concerned, the programme set out to do what it said it would -- give people a better understanding of how councils work and how the taxpayers' money is spent."
