IAM always amazed at the distorted views of dog lovers.
The latest savage attack by two bull terriers on a girl - and the letter from C Bell excusing the action of the dogs - shows that whatever happens in life their little darlings should never be blamed.
As it is the owners who are to blame, I suppose that in a weird sort of way she is right.
So, let's hang the owners instead, eh!
