CAN you tell your straddle fold from your cradle sit?
A new class at Padiham Leisure Centre is set to teach 'Bodybalance', a workout that uses yoga principles like breathing, concentration and relaxation.
Each workout, which take place at the Thompson Centre as well, starts with a thorough warm-up and stretch, with plenty of exercises to to improve muscle tone and strength.
Classes are all set to plenty of popular music, so are suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. Men and woman of all ages are welcome to join in.
Bodybalance classes are said to improve flexibility, joint mobility, range of movement, co-ordination, balance and bone density.
