A TAXI boss today paid tribute to the young angels who "brought sunshine into the office" and said his drivers were devastated by their deaths.
Mohammad Irshad, owner of A1 & Tiger Taxis, Church Street, Burnley, said he and his workforce were doing all they could to support the girl's parents Barry Waddington - who works for him as a driver - and his wife Jayne.
Barry, 43, is taking time off work as a driver while he grieves the loss of his daughters Louise, Hayley and Gemma.
The young sisters were remembered by churches throughout the borough when special prayers were said for the family.
And the Hapton and Padiham community has pulled together to help raise funds for the family to replace some of their possessions.
Mohammad, 46, of Vernon street, Nelson, who owns the taxi business with partner Mohammad Fayaz, 48, also from Nelson, said he would be attending the funeral to pay his respects to the family.
He said: "It's so tragic. I have four children of my own so I really can't begin to imagine how it must feel for Barry and Jayne.
"Something like this is your worst nightmare.
"Barry used to bring the girls into the office every now and again and they all had such sweet little faces. They were little angels who used to bring sunshine into the office every time they visited."
