DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses after a bus driver was robbed at knifepoint.
The two thieves were the only passengers on the bus at 11.35pm on Friday (Feb 13) when they confronted the 34-year-old driver with a knife and ordered him to hand over money.

The robbery happened in Manchester Road.
The first thief was white, in his late teens or early 20s, approximately 5ft 10ins tall, skinny, and wore a black hooded top and a scarf across. He was armed with the knife.
The second offender was also white, of similar age, 5ft 6 ins tall and wore a black hooded top.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or can identify the robbers is asked to contact Bury Robbery Unit on 0161 856 8093 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
