DARWEN was supposed to have 21,000 flowers in the town centre last summer, but wouldn't it be more practical to remove the masses of litter in the town. Some in the Marsh House area has been around for ages.
When will the 'Thrash the Trash' campaign commence in Darwen? 'Thrash the Cash' would be a better slogan or war cry for our out-of-touch council.
