PART of Tyldesley's former 'Cabbage' club could be flattened to make way for homes.
Plans have been submitted to Wigan Council for permission to partially demolish the existing social club, now named The Tyldesley Arms, in Poplar Street, and build eight semi-detached homes.
And they have also been asked to permit change of use of Collins and Darwell's printing works at 12 Hope Street to six one bedroom flats while Belway Homes want conservation area consent to demolish Pendle Mill in Elizabeth Street at Butts Bridge.
