A 38-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with murdering his brother following an incident at a house on High Street, Golbourne.
Timothy Ashcroft of High Street, Golborne was charged on Saturday and appeared before Wigan magistrates on Monday.
The body of 44-year-old Andrew Ashcroft was discovered at 3.30am on Wednesday, February 11.
