THE Wigan and Leigh Council for Voluntary Service has a new board.
The committee will be chaired by re-elected member Chris Ashton (WAVE) with Mike Hammond (CVS) vice chair and Tony Jolley (ACE) treasurer. Other members are : Mavis Fairhurst (Towpath Press), Jean Stitt (Willow), Jean Garlick (Making Space), Stuart Murray (Age Concern), Jean Fieldhouse (Over 50s Forum) and David Jones (Community Transport). Atherton councillor Sue Loudon will represent Wigan Council as a co-opted member.
