SIR,
I do have sympathy with Mr J Corbett who is campaigning about lack of toilet facilities in Leigh (Journal Feb 12).
I shop in Leigh and the trouble we ladies did have regarding the bus station toilets was ridiculous.
Eventually we got our own way but one of the five toilets, unavailable 12 months ago because it needed repair, is still out of use.
I would agree with Mr Corbett about the number of people affected with bladder weakness and associated problems. And I also agree with his remark that the council is not interested unless there is money in it.
Come on authorities, get your finger out.
