THE Table Top Sale held at St John's on Saturday morning was well attended, and has raised in the region of £200 for the church funds and Lychgate Appeal.
The stall run by Cliviger guides contributed £83.56 to the appeal fund.
NO reply has yet been received to the request for a halogen security lamp at the play area in Park Road.
FOLLOWING on from the Cliviger Challenge it is still hoped to produce a newsletter for circulation to all households in the parish, but funding is yet to be obtained to enable its production.
THERE is still time to enter the Brains of Cliviger quiz arranged by the Village Hall Committee to take place on Friday, February 27. The finals rounds are to be held on March 5. Teams of three can be entered by contacting Mrs Berry at 17 Longfield Terrace or any committee member.
BOUNDARY changes under the Parish Review have been confirmed by Burnley Borough Council. As a result a small number of houses in Dyneley Avenue will be brought into the Parish of Cliviger.
