BURY South MP Ivan Lewis is to address a meeting of the Prestwich Business Forum on Monday (March 1).
And the event, to be held in the town's Village Hotel, is open to all businesses throughout the Bury South area.
Mr Lewis, Minister for Education, Young People and Skills, will give his annual "State of the Nation, Bury South and Prestwich" address.
In addition, the Forum will also feature an exciting new inter-active session called "Play Your Cards Right!". This is being led by Sharon Glen-Williamson, a local Business Link adviser, who will be telling members how to get the best out of their business cards and how they can be improved and developed.
There will also be a special session between members and guests to decide who has the "best" business cards. Winners will receive a prize.
Next Monday's meeting starts with free refreshments at 5.30pm with a formal start half an hour later.
For further information, ring Prestwich Business Forum's membership services officer John Ardern on 720-9924.
