WHITEFIELD-based Academy Fleet Services is using its head for a speedy recovery.
The company, based at the town's Albert Close trading estate, has taken a step forward in customer service excellence. For Adrian Tolan has been appointed as the new facilitator.
The growth of the business, both in accident repair and vehicle servicing, has led to the continual rise in the number of vehicles requiring collection and delivery.
This, in turn, has led to Academy revising its planning and organisational services. In addition, the company has recently invested in a brand new recovery vehicle.
One of Adrian's tasks is to carry out pre-repair inspections. This involves noting down any damage on a vehicle and any interior personal contents.
The purpose of this is to provide the client with extra peace of mind, knowing that their possessions are safe while on the premises.
Academy Fleet Services, which employs around 22 staff, is involved in accident repair and service, maintenance and vehicle sales.
In December, the company scooped the coveted Buildings, Security, Structures and Landscape Improvements category at Groundwork Bury's annual environmental awards.
