PHIL Thornley returns to Leigh Townswomen's Guild on Tuesday to continue his talk on "The history of Bent and Bongs".
The local history theme continues on the 13th when Elaine Hurst highlights the history and restoration of the pride of Astley, Dam House.
Meetings are open to everyone and begin at 7.15pm in the Derby Room at Leigh Library.
A bring and buy sale last month raised £100 and the committee thank event supporters.
