PUPILS from schools in Burnley and Pendle attended a business awards evening at Turf Moor.
Walshaw County High School, Gawthorpe High School, St Hilda's RC High School, Ivy Bank Business and Enterprise College, Edge End County High School and Fisher More RC High School competed in the Young Enterprise Burnley area final.
Members of the schools' companies had to deliver a presentation to convince judges they deserved to win awards including best written report, best presentation and the best overall company.
Keep it Real, the company from Ivy Bank, Burnley, and Va Va Voom from Fisher More RC High School, Pendle both won the title of best overall company.
The trophies were presented by the Mayor and Mayoress of Burnley, Coun Lilian Clark and Jacqueline Elkington.
