That's the rousing message from defiant Accrington Stanley manager John Coleman as the Reds prepare for the third of a run of five matches in 10 days.

Coleman was disappointed to see his side lose out to Morecambe in the Lancashire FA Marsden Trophy final on Tuesday, and even more devastated when they ended the game with just nine men following the dismissals of Dean Calcutt and Rory Prendergast.

But he has urged his players to put the clash at Christie Park behind them and pick themselves up for tonight's trip to Telford United as they bid to end their Nationwide Conference campaign on a high note.

"You go one of two ways. Either curl up in a ball and wait for the season to end, or you stick your chest out, go to Telford and do your damndest to get a win tonight," Coleman said.

"We had a chat about things after the Morecambe game and we're not going to let our season die now. We're going to try to win as many games as we can.

"It's going to be hard because they're going to be tired. But somewhere along the line we've got to learn from bad experiences."

He added: "We've not got any complaints about the result on Tuesday.

"I thought we started the game very brightly but they (Morecambe) scored with their first shot after 18 minutes, which we thought was a bit of bad defending by ourselves, but the lad struck it great.

"We've gone in with a positive frame of mind and I thought we took the game to them all night to be honest.

"They hit us on the counter and missed a couple of chances and then they get a freak goal, which is a kick in the teeth to us.

"Give the lads their due the goal got us back into the game. But then it ended a bit sour."

Steve Hollis will be battling to be fit for tonight's game at the New Bucks Head Stadium after missing Tuesday's Lancashire FA Marsden Trophy final with a recurrence of an ankle injury.

Central defender Steve Halford completes the fourth of a four-match suspension.

Meanwhile, Exeter City have confirmed that the FA will not be taking action over alleged registration irregularities over player Dwane Lee.

The Grecians were charged by the Conference in February following allegations that Lee's registration, following his move from Yeading, had not been completed correctly before a transfer embargo was imposed.

The matter was referred to the FA, who have told the club no action will be taken.
