THEATRE goers to Burnley can now buy tickets when ever they want thanks to a new 24-hour booking service.
The Burnley Mechanics Theatre have launched an internet booking service enabling customers to select the best seats in the house from their homes.
Information about what's on, directions, parking and a history of the theatre which celebrates its 150th anniversary next year can also be accessed.
Councillor Barry Guttridge, Executive member for leisure said: "The Mechanics is now open for business around the clock and the internet gives people fast, easy access to everything the theatre has to offer."
The move follows the installation of a new computer booking service last year and the box office will still open six days a week for anyone wanting to book tickets in person or by telephone.
Box office hours are Monday to Friday 12pm to 5.45pm (8pm on performance days) and 10am to 12.45pm Saturday.
Anyone wishing to visit the website should log on to www.burnleymechanics.co.uk.
