ONE and a half million tourists visit Blackburn with Darwen every year, according to Councillor Andy Kay (LET, March 17).
That means that, if every tourist stays for only one day (very unlikely), on every day of the year there are more than 4,100 tourists in the borough. Where do they hide?
Perhaps everyone who passes by on the M65 is classed as a tourist.
