BURNLEY Youth Theatre has a busy programme of activities for the summer term.
All the usual varied and fun workshops for all ages and abilities start again on Monday, April 19.
The theatre is also inviting young people, aged seven to 10, to audition for a new show, Quentin's Quest, the story of a journey through some magical places to save the world from a terrible fate. There will be a role for everyone who wants one, and that includes new participants as well as the existing members.
Auditions for Quentin's Quest are on Tuesday, April 20, 6.30pm to 8pm, and Sunday, April 25, 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
This term the youth theatre is also offering older participants, aged 10 and over, the chance to direct their own performance pieces.
The directors, already chosen, will cast actors for parts in their plays, set to be performed from Wednesday, June 30, to Friday, July 2. Auditions are on Wednesday, April 21, 7.30pm to 9.30pm, and Sunday, April 25, 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
