THE lights of Broadway glimmer for pupils at Derby High School, who roll three big musical productions into one next week.
A Songs From The Shows extravaganza takes place over three evenings from Thursday to Saturday, featuring favourites from Oliver, Bombay Dreams and Grease.
More than 70 students gave up spare time to practise for the show, which will raise money for school and community projects. Children from feeder primary schools will also be invited along to a matinee performance.
Expertise from departments across the school have been used to provide essentials such as lighting, stage management and sound.
Head of drama Lynn Provoost said: "This is an exciting and energetic production that offers our students a whole range of opportunities encompassing all areas of the arts.
"Moreover, it provides an excellent vehicle for enhancing students' life skills such as communication and teamwork."
Tickets cost £3.50 (£2.50 concessionary) and are available by calling 764 1819.
