GYM members who were fit to burst over the Easter period have kindly donated their unwanted chocolate eggs to charity.
For the second year running, staff at Fitness First in Whitefield, organised a collection and delivered the goodies to Booth Hall Children's Hospital in Blackley.
Senior receptionist at the Moss Lane gym, Debbie Sanderson, said: "Every year our members say their children get too many Easter eggs so we decided to take them to the hospital. We had a great response and have already taken two large bags full of eggs."
She added: "We're still collecting, so if anyone has any unwanted Easter eggs they can drop them off at Fitness First. The patients are always really grateful for our delivery."
