WARTON Stock Car Club's season opener on Easter Sunday was a great success - with more than 90 drivers putting on a show for the crowd.
The Ministox were dominated by Nick Isles-Heardman, James Hayhurst and Sam Twist, all of whom took a win in the heats before James triumphed in the big one - the final.
The Stock Cars had an eventful day with spins and crashes but were truly dominated by Alex Chapman, who won both heats and the final.
Super Bangers saw the return of John Riley, who took the first heat and final but was beaten in heat two by Adam Brown.
In the Bangers, Dan Steele took the final from three TNT cars - and those were the only ones to finish after the heats saw many cars destroyed .
The next meeting at Warton is on May 2 at noon and will feature F2 Stock Cars as well as Junior Bangers, Warton Stock Cars, 2LTR Bangers and Super Bangers.
