I HAVE a brown bin, a grey bin, a black box (which isn't big enough for two people, never mind a family) and plastic bags for clothes and paper, but not all kinds of paper. It says "white" paper.
Bottles and tins are to be washed out with no tops to be left on bottles. Only whole fruit goes in the bin, not pieces, peelings, or anything half-eaten.
There is no way that I am paying £975 council tax and then sorting out the waste myself. I'm too busy working and bringing up the kids. I want a refund. I pay you to sort out the waste.
