BROTHERS Kevin and Keith Hollinrake have won a glittering prize playing their own version of the Generation Game.
The siblings are both directors of Yorkshire-based Hunters Estate Agents, whose name will be carried on Burnley FC home and away shirts for the next two seasons as a result of a club record sponsorship deal signed earlier this week.
And with two generations of the Hollinrake family carrying claret and blue blood, a cross-Pennine partnership was always on the cards following a chance meeting with Burnley chief executive Dave Edmundson.
Keith revealed: "We are very proud to be sponsoring Burnley. The club has a big part in our family history in that our father and grandfather both supported the club.
"Therefore it has a place that is close to our hearts."
Kevin added: "Not many companies in our industry move outside their own county, so geographically this is quite a leap for us.
"But following a chance meeting between Keith and Dave, it became fate to support a great club whose history matches that of our own family."
Hunters have enjoyed a spectacular rise since their formation in 1992, currently turning over around £6.2m with a projected turnover of £200m by 2013.
The sponsorship of Burnley Football Club is tied in nicely with their aims of establishing firm roots in Lancashire following the opening of an office in Manchester city centre to complement nine other offices across Yorkshire.
Edmundson beamed: "I am very pleased to welcome Hunters in a record deal - the best in Burnley's history.
"Since I stepped into the job I have been trying to spread the message that we are a vibrant club that is going to go places.
"Although we are not enjoying the greatest success on the field at present, and we have had serious difficulties in terms of finance, Burnley Football Club is coming through it.
"It is symptomatic of that fact that we have managed to attract a completely new company to the club, investing new money from across the border in Yorkshire.
"The white rose is coming to help the red rose bloom again and I think there is certainly every possibility of this being a long and fruitful relationship."
Celebrity Clarets fan Alastair Campbell added his endorsement to the deal, which starts next season.
He said: "Like many Yorkshire folk, I've taken some stick in my time for supporting a Lancashire club.
"Now our main sponsor also comes from Yorkshire, hopefully all that nonsense will stop.
"This is fantastic news and the latest indication that people will realise whatever difficulties we have, this club is going places."
