DARWEN'S annual two-day live music festival will be accompanied by the Petticoat Lane Market once again this year.
The Rotary Club of Darwen will hold the popular annual market on May 31, coinciding with the music event which last year attracted thousands of people to the town centre .
This year's event is expected to be even bigger and better and organisers of the Petticoat Lane Market are hoping to take advantage of this.
The market is an annual charity event when anyone can book a stall selling a wide range of goods and raise money for a charity, good cause or organisation.
In addition, this year will also include some children's fairground rides in Bridge Street.
The 2004 music festival will take place on Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday, May 30 and 31.
The market will be open from 10am to 4pm on the Bank Holiday Monday.
Anyone wanting to book a stall on the market should contact community services chairman, Bill Lee, on 01254 701273.
