A CYCLIST is recovering in hospital after being involved in a traffic accident.
Andrew Farrow, 39, of Kirkmoor Road, Clitheroe, fractured his neck when he was in collision with a black Polo driven by Mark Anthony Pinder, 41, of Black Lane Croft, Clitheroe.
Police have now appealed for witnesses to the incident, in Chatburn Road close to the junction with Chatburn Close on Friday at 10.10pm.
Mr Farrow is recovering in Blackburn Royal Infirmary where his condition is described as 'satisfactory.'
PC Gary Makin, from the road policing unit, said: "We are appealing for witnesses."
