THE first meeting of a new Wildlife Watch group will be held tomorrow.
The group, which is aimed at encouraging children, aged eight to 12, to learn about their natural surroundings will meet at 5pm at Lords House Farm, in Rishton.
Lords House Farm offers a variety of habitats to explore, including woodland, hedgerows and streams, enabling activities to include nature trails, stream-dipping, arts and crafts, conservation projects and environment campaigns. The farm also has an outdoor classroom, story-telling circle and a jungle-themed bus for wet weather.
