A TEENAGER in Ramsbottom is the second to be made the subject of an anti-social behavioural order.
Bury magistrates issued the two-year order on the 16-year-old, which means he faces arrests if he is found committing any anti-social behaviour in England and Wales, possessing or consuming any alcohol in public, and from being drunk in any public place.
Inspector Steve Clark, head of Ramsbottom police, said: "This the second time this type of order has been used to control the anti-social activities of a youth. The police are determined to continue to target the relatively small number of young people who spoil the area."
