THINGS are certainly ticking over nicely for newly-located Ramsbottom company Clock Creative Communications.
The award-wining graphic design and new media firm, based in Buchanan Street, celebrated its fifth birthday in style after winning £150,000 worth of new business since the start of the year.
Among the new business, is an appointment by Princes Soft Drinks to handle the relaunch of Virgin Cola in the on-trade and dispense market. Last year Clock worked with Princes on a retail promotion for Virgin Sours.
During the past year Clock has boosted its turnover by 80 per cent, gaining new clients such as Nichols Foods and Business Link North Manchester.
The company has just relocated from Bolton to its own premises at the former Ramsbottom Working Men's Club, which has been converted into a studio.
According to managing director Ann Rimmer: "We've got off to a great start in 2004 and are really beginning to establish our credentials as packaging and new media specialists.
"We are delighted to have moved into our own building, which will offer us a creative environment and the room we need to grow."
