GREENMOUNT kick-start their Bolton League season with a tough trip to Westhoughton.
And it's a back-to-the-future look about the first eleven going into the new campaign.
They welcome back wicketkeeper Paul Blinkhorn from Little Lever while there's a blast from the past in the shape of big-hitting former player John Ashworth who has rediscovered his appetite for the game and will be a useful addition to the squad.
New Indian professional Nishit Shetty comes highly recommended by previous paid man Robin Morris and will be looking to make as big an impression as his Mumbai (Bombay) clubmate.
A 31-year-old left-hand batsman who is also a more than useful slow, left-arm orthodox bowler, Shetty had an impressive year in 2002-2003 establishing himself as a regular in the powerful Mumbai side.
After two fine seasons with the Bolton League club Morris will this year be plying his trade for Settle in the Ribblesdale League.
The experienced Mark Fallon continues to captain the side.
