A TEAM of clog cobbers have shed their inhibitions - and their clothes - for charity.
The Clog Cobbing Club has pulled a Calendar Girls-style stunt to raise cash.
The girls, who all take part in the annual World Clog Cobbing Championships held at the Roebuck Inn, in Burnley Road East, Waterfoot, at Easter, are now hoping their brave antics will boost the fund raised by the contest.
Championship competitors chuck their clogs backwards over their heads, and the farthest-flung footwear wins.
The competition began in the early 1960s after locals came up with the novel way of supporting good causes.
The event has grown into a tradition which attracts people from across the valley.
