Radcliffe Boro 1 Burscough 2: RADCLIFFE Borough squeezed into the Unibond League Premier Division play-offs despite losing their final match.
Substitute Andrew Hyland's last-minute winner for Burscough looked as though it might have denied Kevin Glendon's men a chance of reaching the new Conference Second Division North.
But Frickley Athletic's defeat at Southport meant that Radcliffe qualified by two points.
Borough will travel to Whitby Town in the play-off quarter-finals on Tuesday evening.
Burscough took the lead in the 40th minute of Saturday's match when Liam Blakeman capitalised on a mix-up between captain Davey Luker and goalkeeper Danny Hurst to score.
Borough equalised through Steve Foster five minutes after the break, but were caught out by Hyland's late winner.
