EIGHT men have made a second appearance before Blackburn magistrates following an incident in the Talbot pub in Chipping on December 27.
Martin Hayhurst, 20, and Kenny Hayhurst, 19, both Thornley Road, Preston; Christopher Pike, 17, of Nookfield; Robert Shorrock, 18, of New House Farm; Simon Cookson, 18, of Northgate; Ashley Cornall, 17, of Church Gate, all Goosnargh; Gary Slater, 19, of Chelwood Close, Poulton-le-Fylde, and Benjamin Rainford, 18, of Lower Lane, Longridge, will be tried at Preston Crown Court on charges of violent disorder and assaulting Lloyd Rawlinson. They were remanded on bail until May 10.
