BARNOLDSWICK roads could close while workmen relay the town's water mains.
An application for temporary closures is due to be heard when the West Craven Committee meets on May 4.
If successful several roads will shut during the work carried out by Balfour Beatty on behalf of Yorkshire Water. The works are scheduled to run from the beginning of May until June 4.
Some of the roads affected include Back Skipton Road, Back North Avenue, Back Lower West Avenue, Back Lower East Avenue, Lower East Avenue, North Avenue, North Parade, South Avenue and Back Wellhouse Road.
