POWERFUL F2 stock cars return to Warton Stock Car Club, near Carnforth, on Sunday.
After the hugely successful Metal Mania III and Easter meetings, this will be the first visit of three this season for the major stocks.
The popular visitors promise close and fast racing, along with the odd mishap, and the ability of spectators being able to walk around the pits and talk to drivers and mechanics makes it a fun day out for the family.
There will also be the Warton stock cars, who were dominated by Alex Chapman last time out, as well as super bangers, which seem unable to race without contact and wrecking this year.
The banger drivers will be in cars with engines less than two litres in size but the wrecking will be as dramatic as ever, says a raceway spokesman.
It's also time for the team drivers to practice for the £2,000 prize fund Team Meeting at the end of May, so ministox will be left at home.
The action at Warton on Sunday (May 2) starts at noon.
