A MOTORIST and a passenger had to be freed from the wreckage of their car after it ploughed into a wall in Radcliffe.
The car was being driven along Bury Road at around 11.30pm on Friday night when the driver lost control, hitting the wall, a lamp post and a tree.
The car came to rest on its roof with the occupants trapped by their seatbelts. Firefighters freed the pair using cutting gear.
