PLANS for two commercial fisheries come up for debate at a special meeting of Bury West area board this week.
Two car parks to serve the middle Whitehead's lodge between Lowercroft and Ainsworth are planned, with tracks resurfaced and extended for access.
One of the 24-space sites proposed is in an application for a village green lodged by the Friends of Cockey Moor, Whitehead's and Parkers lodges.
A visitors centre and car park is also planned between the lower Parkers lodge in Elton and Diggle Lane allotments.
Lodge owner Mr Keith Talbot has promised to answer residents' questions and concerns at the meeting, which takes place at 7pm next Thursday (May 6) at Lowercroft Primary, Ashington Drive.
