EAST Lancashire MPs Peter Pike and Lindsay Hoyle have called on the Government to increase its support for the Global Campaign for Education to ensure that all children around the world go to primary school.
They are among 93 MPs to sign a Commons Motion which is concerned that 100 million youngsters - the majority girls - don't get primary education.
The pair welcomed the government's promise to give an extra £12million to help Third World countries change the situation but they want more money to ensure that every youngster in the globe gets into school by 2015.
