THE "countryside" makes its annual visit to Bury in July, this time complete with sheep.
The devastating foot and mouth disease has meant flocks have had to stay away from the annual Bury Agricultural show for the past two years.
Also making a welcome return to the July 11 event will be show jumping in the main arena, which has not been held for many years. There will also be a donkey show, ferret show and pet dog show, as well as the usual light and heavy horse classes.
Fresh produce will be in abundance at the Farmers' Market.
