A BLACKPOOL bingo club has struck it lucky twice in four days with two players winning massive sums on the National Game.
A 61-year-old grandmother of five, Anna McDonald took home £69,000 at Mecca, Talbot Road, last week and, on Thursday, a 64-year-old woman from Cleveleys won £101,000.
The £101,000 winner said: "I was fed up that night and decided to go to bingo. It was such a shock when I realised how much I had won. I didn't sleep at all and was ironing at 6am."
She now plans to pay off her mortgage, clear her credit cards and look after her family.
"Good things come in threes," said manager, Mike Travis: "So we're expecting another big win very soon."
