FANCY getting your hands on a piece of the undisputed hero of English rugby?
Then head for Norbreck, where limited edition, autographed prints of Jonny Wilkinson, have gone on sale.
The individually signed copies of Sherree Valentine Daines' painting Deliverance - capturing Jonny's kick that won the 2003 Rugby World Cup - are being sold at Annie's Art Gallery.
There are only 500 prints available nationwide, and gallery owner Annie Webster is delighted to have secured some of them for the Fylde Coast.
"It's going to be really collectable, like anything to do with the '66 world cup is so collectable now," she said.
"The artist is well known as a sports artist. And we have had some of her work in earlier, though it wasn't sport, it was more romantic scenes."
John O'Farrell, who runs the Norbreck Road shop, added: "I think Deliverance will sell out, especially in northern areas.
"It is a very, very small edition, but that's probably down to the fact that Jonny's had to sign them all!"
The 55 cm by 40 cm prints have each been hand-signed by Jonny Wilkinson, alongside the artist's signature, and released by Birmingham based art publisher, De Montfort Fine Art.
A spokeswoman for the company said artist Sherree Valentine Daines was not at the match herself, instead producing her vibrant painting from photographic images.
"Although we have all seen countless photographs of Jonny's magnificent achievement, it perhaps takes a painting of this quality to capture the sheer emotion of the moment," she said.
Deliverance is expected to be very popular, she added. "We have worked with the artist for quite a while now. She's done a number of pieces for us."
And Annie's confirmed there has been a great deal of interest from both male and female fans of the rugby star.
